Product Information & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product information, descriptions, images, and prices on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product information

  • Change or update information, prices, and product availability at any time without prior notice

  • Refuse or cancel any order placed based on erroneous pricing or product information

  • Limit order quantities on any product

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order.

Product Warranty

All our stainless steel and copper/brass products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers issues such as faulty welding, leakage, broken handles (due to poor fitting), or defective finishing identified under normal household use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or discoloration due to usage or cleaning

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance

  • Tarnishing of copper or brass items, as natural oxidation is normal and can be easily cleaned

For any genuine defect, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

All VIP Cutlery orders are shipped door-to-door from our facility to your provided shipping address via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery and others. The choice of courier partner depends on the serviceability of your location and the most reliable option available.

Processing & Delivery Times:

  • Order processing: Within 24 hours of order confirmation

  • Delivery time: Varies based on location and courier partner schedule

    • Metro cities: Typically 3-5 business days

    • Other locations: Typically 5-7 business days

    • Remote areas: May take 7-10 business days

Important Notes:

  • Please note that any delays by courier partners are beyond the control of Hind Metal Industries

  • We can only process one shipping address per order. If you would like to order several items and ship to different addresses, please place separate orders

  • We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders if the delivery address includes P.O. Box details in any form

  • Delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times at the delivery address specified by you before marking the package as undeliverable

Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email/SMS once your order is dispatched. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

Undeliverable Packages: If the package status is shown as undeliverable, please contact us immediately at helpdesk@vipcutlery.com or WhatsApp us. If the product returns to our facility, we will process a refund for prepaid orders after deducting return shipping charges (if applicable).

Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment Gateway: All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card information.

COD Orders: Cash on Delivery orders are subject to verification and may be confirmed via phone call before dispatch.

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To cancel your order:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email at helpdesk@vipcutlery.com with your order number

  • If payment has already been made, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our detailed Return & Refund Policy available on our website. In brief:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories

  • We pay for return shipping in case of manufacturing defects or wrong items shipped

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

No exchanges are offered. Customers may place a new order if they wish to purchase a different product.

Guest Checkout

You can place orders as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to:

  • Track your orders easily

  • Save delivery addresses for faster checkout

  • Receive exclusive offers and discount codes

  • View your order history

User Account & Security

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:
