Thank you for shopping at VIP Cutlery (operated by Hind Metal Industries). We are committed to delivering your premium stainless steel, copper, and brass products safely and promptly to your doorstep.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Address
Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping information as indicated during checkout. We have tie-ups with reputed courier partners like Delhivery to fulfill orders across India, and your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep. Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate with PIN code and landmark, and double-check address details before placing your order.
We can only process one shipping address per order. If you wish to order items for delivery to different addresses, please place separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery if the delivery address includes P.O. Box details in any form.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with package tracking information.
Delivery Timeline
Average delivery time varies based on location. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3-5 business days, Tier 2 cities within 5-7 business days, and remote areas may take 7-10 business days.
Please note that delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from courier partners due to weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays by courier partners are beyond the scope of Hind Metal Industries. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Our courier partners deliver shipments Monday through Saturday, typically between 9 AM to 7 PM.
Shipping Charges
FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹1,499. Orders below ₹1,499 will be subject to standard shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.
Courier Partners
We work with reliable courier partners including Delhivery , BlueDart , India Post and others based on serviceability and reliability for your location. The choice of courier partner depends on the best available option for your PIN code.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, courier partner details, and an estimated delivery date. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000 only. Payment should be made in cash to the delivery partner upon receiving your order. COD orders may be subject to verification via phone call before dispatch. Orders above ₹5,000 must be prepaid using our available online payment methods such as UPI, credit or debit cards, or net banking.
Address Change
Address changes will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, address changes cannot be processed. To request an address change, contact us immediately at helpdesk@vipcutlery.com or WhatsApp with your order number and new address details.
In case a non-delivery occurs due to incorrect address provided by the customer, any additional charges incurred by VIP Cutlery for re-delivery will have to be borne by the customer.
Delivery Confirmation
A valid ID proof may be required at the time of delivery. Please inspect the package before accepting delivery. If the package appears damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt. Open and inspect products immediately after delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package:

We will investigate and arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate
For lost shipments: Contact us immediately if your package shows "delivered" but you haven't received it. We will investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue.
